If you cant help me when Im locked out and I have to start all over again, what good is this service to me? I have keeper for a reason because I cannot remember all the passwords that I have so why would I want to start all over??

keeper was supposed to help me reset my app so I could use my email because my master password was lost. I need help doing that so I can start using the app again with my same email.
I did set up a master keyword with a bunch of different words just in case I got locked out but its saying that I never did so I cannot use my account or get into it. It just seems like it was going to work because it asked me for two master passwords, but for some reason its, going to my email and saying that my email is already in use with this account so I need help resetting the whole account the whole app so I can use my email for my password manager app.
Its very important that I have my things secure and I paid for this app a lot of money and I would really appreciate a phone call back as soon as possible. My phone number is 561-255-**** thank you so much again my name is Juliana Dover

They refunded my money. But there was no regrets provided for add on service that was added without my permission.
They refunded it but I don’t trust the company because of the add on. How many people subscribe to things without checking their credit card? Lots.i am not one of them.
I would not recommend keeper for this reason. Average at best app.
I didn't receive notice like most autonewals provide. I was charged 74.99 on march 5 and 39.99 again on march 5.
I am requesting that charges be reversed.
We don't need this security. Our credit card was hacked in between.
it doesn't help when you shop online.

Cannot enter or edit entries
I sent an email asking for help and have not received any help yet. I still cannot edit any entry or add more.
From the research Ive done, the free edition of the app says that you can have unlimited entries on one device. And yet, I cant do anything in the app anymore.

Need customer support. Paid for renewal but keeper on phone number 215-595-**** states it needs to be renewed as of 2/1:2024.

Cannot access account
Tried to reset master password, I get to the prompt that asks where my wife and I met I answer the question but nothing.
Can't add to my family plan
I sent the invitation email, but my family member can be added keeper still says pending after the accept the invitation

I had called in several times and couldnt connect with a person that is not acceptable. Should have easier access to customer services

I can second this. I wasn't able to find the Consumer Support number in the app, nor on the KeeperSecurity.com website and had to use Google.
Only Business Support was easily findable.
That said, once I got the correct number, I was quickly connected with a live body that was professional, and quick to help. Top notch customer support as long as you can find the number to call.
