They were not able to help me change my password. I am still locked out. They said I needed a 24-word phrase that I cannot find.

Unable to recover my master password all work, my Face ID
Have used this app for better than two years now is much better than trying to write it down somewhere where you can find it. The best feature of this app is that you could do Face ID so you don't have to remember a password the only problem I had was for some reason my phone didn't recognize my Face ID, but I had it corrected so I would have to say Well done great app thank you.

Great service with return call!!
I left a message at their headquarters (312 area code) yesterday and they called me back promptly at 9 AM this morning. The customer support rep was fantastic.
Very knowledgeable and patient. I was not expecting this kind of support, but it was fantastic.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Had Keeper help to recover Master Password and Passwords
My problem of having passwords erased has not been solved. I talked to three people and was conned into buying help for $5, which is actually a membership to JustAnswer for $35 a month.
From there, I was given a phone number, and when I called it, I found out it was iPhone support. I got nowhere there and was told to go back to Keeper. Now, Keeper is closed, and I will try again tomorrow. I really need help in recovering passwords.
Apparently, self-destruction happened. Does Keeper back up data to iCloud?

They never answered my phone calls very bad company ever tried several times and even on chat support and I got a very unprofessional agent never again in the past 2 years they was a lot more serious and they tampering your personal credentials I have proof stay away from those scammers
